Meet Eric!
Eric Hays is the owner, CEO, and the visionary for Hays Energy Services. He started his first business thirteen years ago as Hays Electrical Services, a small residential electrical company. Under Eric’s leadership, he grew the company into one of the largest commercial & hospitality electrical contractors in the country.
He now the owner of four businesses, holds electrical licenses in 26 states, and provides services to hundreds of clients nationwide. His vision is for Hays Energy to become the number one solar provider in Texas through his commitment to renewable energy and excellent customer service.
Outside of the office he stays busy as a husband and father of four – between coaching his daughter’s competitive softball team, supporting two daughters in competitive cheerleading, and keeping regular hours at the deer lease & fishing hole with his boy.
